This Gardenfall Botanica
Indoor/Outdoor Fountain is made of stainless steel and finished in a
dark onyx powder coating with an egret pattern etched into the glass.
This model is center mounted to the base and can be buried in the
ground to give the illusion that it is growing among your plants and
flowers. The Gardenfall Botanica includes an intake filter,
inline micron filter, halogen light and polished river stones.
Additionally, it is rated for all weather conditions and can be used
indoors or out. This fountain will be delivered free of
charge (in the contiguous United States). There is minor assembly
required, then just
add water (distilled is preferred) and plug it in. This product
also comes with a 1 year warranty. Due to high demand and the
care taken in shipping it can take anywhere from 3 to 12 weeks to
arrive at your door. We will contact you before your credit card
is charged to give you an estimated time of delivery.

Placing an order with us online indicates that you have read and
understand Backyards Plus' return policy, cancellation policy, and
delivery guidelines:
Delivery: Open package
and inspect for damage in front of your delivery driver! In
the unlikely event that there is damage you must refuse shipment and
have the delivery person note the damage on the delivery receipt.
When signing for your fountain please write "subject
to inspections" next to your signature. Fountains are rarely
damaged in shipping, however in the event that damage does occur we
will replace or fix your fountain.
If it is not possible to inspect the fountain
in the presence of the delivery driver you
are responsible for reporting damaged water fountains to us within 2
business days. Call Backyards Plus at (303) 635-0085. After 2
business days it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the
freight carrier. When signing for your fountain please write "subject
to inspections" next to your signature. Fountains are rarely
damaged in shipping, however in the event that damage does occur we
will replace or fix your fountain.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping with
a 5 percent fee to cover credit card fees and restocking. If you refuse
delivery or cancel the order after the item has shipped you will be
responsible for all shipping charges as well as a twenty-five percent
restocking and cancellation fee.

Return Policy:
If you are not happy with the product you are
welcome to return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
of the purchase price, less original delivery and return shipping and
handling costs. Free shipping does not apply to returned merchandise.
Shipping costs to your residence or business will not be refunded.
The product must be returned unused, with the original packaging
materials intact and in new condition. Under no circumstances can a
fountain be returned once water has been in it. We ask that return
shipping be prepaid by the customer and be insured for the full retail
value of the fountain. All returns must be authorized by a Backyards
Plus representative.
