The Oracle Fountain™ Kata series outdoor bronze water fountains will add a sense of tranquility to your home or office, indoors or outdoors. The Kata series is made of AggreBronze™ which is made of Fiberglass with a Bronze finish, making it both durable and lightweight.

Oracle Fountains are constructed with  stone, metals and/or durable  and lightweight fiberglass. Oracle's construction techniques allow for years of enjoyment even when exposed to the elements.

Important, Read Before Ordering

We will contact you before charging your credit card to give an estimated time of delivery.  Oracle Fountains will ship when ready, anywhere from 2 to 16 weeks.  Review your order carefully.  Placing an order with us online indicates that you have read and understand Backyards Plus' return policy, cancellation policy, and delivery guidelines:

Delivery:  Open package and inspect for damage in front of your delivery driver!  In the unlikely event that there is damage you must refuse shipment and have the delivery person note the damage on the delivery receipt.  When signing for your fountain please write "subject to inspections" next to your signature. Fountains are rarely damaged in shipping, however in the event that damage does occur we will replace or fix your fountain.  If it is not possible to inspect the fountain in the presence of the delivery driver you are responsible for reporting damaged water fountains to us within 2 business days. Call Backyards Plus at (303) 635-0085.  After 2 business days it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the freight carrier. 

Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping with a 5 percent fee to cover credit card fees and restocking. If you refuse delivery or cancel the order after the item has shipped you will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as a twenty-five percent restocking and cancellation fee.

30 Day Return Policy:
If you are not happy with the product you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less original delivery and return shipping and handling costs. Call us for a Return Authorization Number no later than 5 days after receipt.Free shipping does not apply to returned merchandise. Shipping costs to your residence or business will not be refunded. The product must be returned unused, with the original packaging materials intact and in new condition. Under no circumstances can a fountain be returned once water has been in it. We ask that return shipping be prepaid by the customer and be insured for the full retail value of the fountain. All returns must be authorized by a Backyards Plus representative.

Limited Warranty:
Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of product at Oracle Fountain's option and they will not be held liable for any consequential damages.  Warranty period is for 6 months on pumps and  1 year on all other parts.  No warranty exists on breakage, except for initial shipment.  Warranty is void if pump is run without water.  Defective pumps must be returned via US mail and if found faulty will be replaced free of charge with postage credited.  If the pump is found to be not defective, there will be a charge to replace the pump.
